Stage performances

Stage performances in the heart of Prague, where representatives from the sports community showcase the diversity and richness of sports, have traditionally been a part of all Sokol gatherings.

These performances are scheduled to take place in Prague from June 30 to July 3, 2024, as part of the XVII. SLET.

The anticipated venues are Old Town Square and Náměstí míru, with the program expected to run from 13:30 to 17:30.

Larger groups will have the opportunity to perform at Tyrš House from 18:00 to 20:00.

Each group is expected to perform at least twice.

PRELIMINARY REGISTRATION

The deadline for preliminary registration is December 31, 2023.
The deadline for binding registration is February 2, 2024.

Participation fees a for stage performers

Participants can choose between two types of passes, depending on the benefits they wish to avail themselves of during the XVII. SLET.

Option A: Full Participation Pass – for those who wish to experience the rally to the fullest.

Participation fee: 700 CZK (Children under 6 years of age: free of charge)

Benefits of the participation card:

Complimentary public transport in Prague during the main days of the Gathering.
Participation in the opening parade.
Access to the grandstand for practitioners during the main rally performances.
Entry to the SOKOL GALA at the O2 Arena.
Complimentary admission to educational workshops at Tyrš House.
Access to the final post-meeting after-party and other events (details to be specified).
Discounts from partners of the XVII All-Sokol Meeting.
Please note: The participation fee does not cover accommodation and meals.

Option B: Group-Based Participation Fee

1 – 6 performers: 2000 CZK (80 Euro) per group

7 – 14 performers: 3000 CZK (120 Euro) per group

Over 15 performers: 4000 CZK (160 Euro) per group

This fee covers:

Two performances on stage at the designated times.
Basic accident insurance for participants and one free accreditation for trainer/coach per group.

Accommodation, meals, and transport are not included.

Length of performance:

Individual performance: 3 – 6 minutes
Combined block: up to a maximum of 12 minutes

Standard equipment: acrobatic carpet 12 m x 12 m x 3 cm
Jipast ultralight mats: 2 m x 1 m x 8 cm (maximum of 4 pieces)
Impact mat (duchna): 3 m x 2 m x 40 cm (maximum of 2 pieces)
Minitrampoline type "butterfly" (Open-End - Minitramp)

At Tyrš House:

Excercise area: 20 m x 40 m (artificial turf surface)
Standard equipment (without gymnastic carpet)
- Jipast ultralight mats: 2 m x 1 m x 8 cm (maximum of 4 pieces)
- Impact mat (duchna): 3 m x 2 m x 40 cm (maximum of 2 pieces)
- Minitrampoline type "butterfly" (Open-End - Minitramp)
